Moonpetal has no game account or server-side player profile to delete. Your progress and preferences live on your device.

Start a new adventure

Open Settings, choose Start this adventure again, and confirm. Export a garden backup first if you want to preserve it. Restarting your adventure is not a complete wipe of every local backup or preference.

Remove local data

Use your device's app-storage controls to clear Moonpetal's data where available, or remove the app and its data. On iPhone, use Delete App rather than Offload App. Windows uninstall behavior can leave local application data, so remove any retained Moonpetal application-data folder if you want a complete local cleanup. Delete exported JSON backups and any copies in your chosen cloud storage separately. Operating-system backups are managed through your device or cloud-provider settings.

Delete a support conversation

Email support@cyberops-acs.com from the address used to contact us and request deletion of your Moonpetal support messages. Do not include sensitive documents or passwords.
