Privacy policy

This policy describes the installed Moonpetal: Wildsong Vale game published by Cyber Atlas LLC and our support communications.

The game works locally

Moonpetal does not require a user account. Garden progress, settings, and local backup data are stored on your device. The game does not send that information to our servers. It contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics service, chat, or location tracking.

Backups you choose to share

Exporting creates a file containing your garden progress. Importing reads a file you select. If you save or share an export through another app or cloud provider, that service handles the file under its own privacy policy. Moonpetal does not automatically synchronize gardens between devices.

Purchases and platform services

Apple, Google, or Microsoft processes your purchase and may handle licensing, installation, updates, device backups, diagnostics, and store usage information under its own policies and your device settings. We do not receive your payment-card information through the game.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. Our email provider processes those communications. We do not sell your support information or use it for targeted advertising. Contact us to request deletion of support messages, subject to any retention we need for legal obligations or resolving a dispute.

External links and this website

Opening support or attribution links leaves the offline game and connects to external websites. Those services may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser details. This support website has no app-authored analytics or advertising scripts. Its hosting provider may process connection and security logs.

Children

The game does not ask players for names, contact details, or other personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has sent personal information to support and request that it be deleted.

Your choices

You can restart your adventure in Settings, remove app data, and delete exported files you no longer want. See manage your data for details. We cannot recover progress that exists only on your device after it has been deleted.
